#10 rifle host #14 Army in the annual Star Match

Annapolis, Md. – The No. 10 Navy Wefring Team (10-5, 3-2 GARC) is scheduled for No. 14 Army (4-8, 0-4 GARC) this Saturday at 9:00 a.m. The competition is part of the USA-Navy Star series presented by USA.

Access to the USNA

The United States Naval Academy (USNA) is closed to all vehicles without a ID card approved by the Ministry of Defense. All other visitors are encouraged to park in the city center and go through the security sites on the gate. If you go on, those aged 18 and over have to present a photo identification card (driver’s license) in order to receive access, and those aged 17 and over must be accompanied by an adult.

Star match scoring format

The goal for the Star Match offers eight starter for each team in smallbore and air rifle, whereby the top five results count for the end result of every team. The NCAA rating model of five shooters in each event with the TOP 4 assessment count will continue to be used for the qualification purposes of the NCAA championship.
