2025 NBA design: 6 sleepers to watch in the sweet 16

Many of the NBA scouts with which I chat do not spend too much time to be obsessed with lottery perspectives. What you are interested in are the meat of the design, the prospects of the late first and second round, which do not make headlines, but are finally important participants. Who underestimated on the head? Who can play immediately? Who has lost themselves in the shuffle? Here are six sleepers that you will see in the sweet 16 who could have long NBA futures:

Fland was the 17th high school view before he committed himself in Arkansas, and now in the second round he classified most analysts, including me, in the second round. He is only 6-foot-2, missed several months due to thumb operations and Arkansas was not so great this season in John Calipari’s first season as head coach.

But now the razor chiefs are located in the sweet 16 with Boogie back on the floor. None of Fland’s two games when he returned from an injury was as productive as a scorer: he only made four of his 15 shots. But you also see the flashes:
