We have four words for you: “Don’t mess with Idaho.”

If ever there was a place where you shouldn’t commit a crime, it’s the Gem State. There’s no messing around here, and a big reason for that is our gun laws.

If any state knows how to implement the Second Amendment, it’s Idaho.

For a time there was concern that gun laws would change the work against gun ownership. With all the uncertainty in the world, this is a legitimate concern.

But for now, at least in Idaho, you can exercise your Second Amendment with pride. According to Idaho law:

No law requires any license, registration, or special taxation for the ownership or possession of firearms or ammunition. Nor shall any law permit the confiscation of firearms except those actually used in the commission of a crime.

Talk about the “land of the free,” right? Idaho gets it!

In fact, Idaho is all about protecting yourself. So much so that we found seven deadly weapons that are 100% illegal everywhere else…
