Today’s Spangram might be hard to find. Here are the solutions

Answer from NYT Strands: Are you tired of playing the same old Wordle? The New York Times has introduced Strands, an exciting new word puzzle designed to challenge your vocabulary. Unlike Wordle, Strands tasks you with uncovering six to eight words hidden in a jumbled grid of letters, all linked to a common theme. While the game maintains NYT’s signature casual and user-friendly design, don’t be fooled – this puzzle promises a serious workout for your brain.

NYT Strands: Where to access it

Edited by Tracy Bennett, the same curator behind Wordle, a new Strands game is available daily in the games section of the NYT website.

NYT Strands: This is how it’s played

You start with a 6×8 grid with 54 letters. All you have to do is choose a string of letters that you think makes a word. That’s about the gist of the main game.

Well, these words are not random, each of them is based on a daily theme. This topic will appear in a box labeled “Today’s Topic” on the left side of the screen.

Based on this topic, you need to identify six to eight words every day.

Now there is a fun element called Spangram. This is a hidden theme that only reveals itself once you find all six words.

Why Spangram, you ask? Well, the word spans the entire grid. Add “span” to “anagram” and et voilà! You get Spangram.
