Eagles at Ravens: How to watch, odds, expert tips with Baltimore as the favorite in the top duel

The most anticipated matchup during a crowded Thanksgiving weekend features the Baltimore Ravens and the Philadelphia Eagles. Two Super Bowl contenders earning away victories in prime time in Los Angeles. This high-profile duel features MVP candidates and two of the league’s three best offenses. Baltimore has an advantage of about a field goal.

Here’s how to watch Eagles at Ravens

In the win over the Chargers, Baltimore’s No. 1 offense was dominant at times, scoring five straight possessions after an early double-digit deficit. MVP candidate Lamar Jackson maintains the league’s best passer rating (117.9), while leadback Derrick Henry (1,325 yards) ranks second in the NFL in rushing yards. Baltimore is remarkably balanced on offense and ranks No. 1 in rushing yards and passing yards per play this season – capable of making big gains on any play.

The Ravens failed their Week 11 test against Pittsburgh’s stout defense. Philadelphia’s elite defense (No. 1 yards total) offers Baltimore another test at the playoff level.

Completely dominant at times during a seven-game winning streak, the Eagles outgain opponents by an NFL-best 114 yards per game – 34 yards more than second-place San Francisco. Philadelphia has its own credible MVP candidates in quarterback Jalen Hurts and running back Saquon Barkley. After Barkley’s outstanding 255-yard performance in the win over the Rams in Week 12, he is the NFL’s new leading rusher (1,392 yards).

Complacency sometimes hurts the Eagles. The #29 offensive sack rate is a glaring problem that needs to be addressed. Hurts needs to stay sharp in case Baltimore’s No. 2 run defense slows down Barkley. The Ravens have been hurt through the air at times this season (31st passing yards allowed per game), making them vulnerable to big plays when Hurts gets hot.
