US Title Solutions expands operations to New York, Pennsylvania – Real Estate NJ

Looking to accelerate its growth outside of New Jersey, US Title Solutions announces its expansion into New York and Pennsylvania in response to increasing customer demand.

The Lebanon-based company is a full-service title company specializing in title insurance, title search and closing services. The company counts many of New Jersey’s best-known developers, lawyers and other professionals among its clients and has partnerships with industry giants First American and Fidelity.

“Given our strong background and extensive experience providing title services in New Jersey, expanding our services to the neighboring states of New York and Pennsylvania was a natural progression and an opportunity for us to expand our expertise,” said Erin Fagan, vice president of US Title of operations and customer support. “It’s a great opportunity for personal and professional growth.”

The company, meanwhile, announced that it has been ranked among the top 10 brokers in New Jersey for three years in a row, citing its boutique-style services and commitment to minimizing risk in real estate transactions. In business for more than 20 years, recent clients included the development team behind the new Jack and Sheryl Morris Cancer Center in New Brunswick, a project that will create New Jersey’s first freestanding cancer hospital when it opens next year .
