Taylor Sheridan’s New Show Knocks ‘Yellowstone’ From Its Top Streaming Spot – 2oceansvibe News

There’s a new cowboy series in town and it’s buzzing Yellowstone from the top of the streaming charts.

Reelgoodwhich tracks audience interest across all platforms in the US, unveiled Taylor Sheridan’s new show Countryman has been suppressed Yellowstone for the top spot.

Yellowstone Season 5, Part 2 had enjoyed the top saddle the week before, but it seems that fans are happy with Sheridan’s next cowboy iteration, despite the drama surrounding Kevin Costner’s departure – and how that mess led to the death of John Dutton led.

Yellowstone remains one of television’s biggest shows and boasts record-breaking ratings, so it’s hard to imagine interest in the original characters waning any time soon, regardless of spin-offs. Sheridan has been a huge success so far last year and there are even talks of a sequel, which would reportedly focus on Beth, Kayce and Rip.

There’s a lot of interest in western movies these days, and we don’t complain about the Dallas atmosphere either.

Located in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas, Countryman is a modern story about the search for happiness in the world of oil rigs. The drama stars Oscar winner Billy Bob Thornton and Angie’s ex plays the crass but funny Tommy Norris, who isn’t afraid to speak his mind and any thought that comes to mind, regardless Consequences.



The Countryman The cast includes Ali Larter, Jon Hamm, Jacob Lofland, Michelle Randolph and James Jordan. Demi Moore rounds out the impressive cast.

The show even set a major streaming record upon its debut, attracting 5.2 million same-day cross-platform viewers in its debut. In streaming alone, this is the biggest premiere of a Paramount+ series in two years. Countryman has also become one of the three biggest TV launches in Paramount+ history and was the best domestic debut ever for the streamer.

Sheridan is currently out on the town, so let’s see if his Dallas/Yellowstone hybrid lasts a few seasons.
