Current agricultural use value (CAUV)

February 12, 2025

Conni McChesney – Morrow County Auditor
Kelly Tennant – ODT, Division of Tax Equalization

CAUV is a program of the Ohio Department of Taxations that, for property tax purposes, values farmland dedicated exclusively to commercial agriculture based on its current use rather than its “highest and best” potential use.

After a short presentation on each program, speakers will have the opportunity to answer questions from participants.

Registration for each session is encouraged, but not required. For registration and/or questions regarding these sessions, please contact Morrow SWCD Program Administrator Tyler Butler at [email protected] or call the main office at (419) 946-7923. When registering, please provide the names of the sessions taking part and the total number of people attending with you.

***This series is a non-promotional service that is solely educational in nature. The Morrow Soil and Water Conservation District does not endorse any individual organization/agency, its representatives and/or programs.
