The Cupertino company’s “dominant position in flagship smartphones” could potentially lead to significant growth in the foldable market in 2026, a record year for sales of the devices.

Young says he expects the foldable phone market to grow at a rate of over 30% in 2026, with another 20% growth rate in 2027 and 2028.
