Idaho Steelhead | STEELHEADS SUFFER A LOSS TO KNIGHT MONSTERS WEDNESDAY NIGHT

BOISE, ID – The Idaho Steelheads (8-7-1-0, 17 points) fell on the Tahoe Knight Monsters (8-4-1-2, 18 points) Wednesday night with a final score of 7-3 in front of a sellout crowd of 5,170 fans at Idaho Central Arena, the eighth sold-out game in eight home games this season. Idaho and Tahoe meet in Boise Friday and Saturday at 7:10 p.m

Idaho trailed 1-0 after the first half when Sloan Stanick scored on a breakaway with 3:14 left. The Knight Monsters outscored the Steelheads 10-5 as both teams went 0-1 on the power play.

Each team scored two goals in the second period, giving Tahoe a 3-2 lead after 40 minutes of play. CJ Walker (4Th) At 9:36 the score was 1-1. White from the right circle fed MacEachern to the left circle, where he sent a wrist shot to the short side. Dodero crowned the evening with his third goal a minute before the end of the game to make the final score 7:3.
