RADAR CHECK: A line of showers and thunderstorms pushes ahead of a cold front across southern Alabama early Thanksgiving morning. Storms behaved well overnight and remained below strict limits. South Alabama is at “low risk” (Level 1/5) this morning, but the overall danger remains very low.

The line of storms has made it south and now stretches from Butler through Selma and Alexander City to Wedowee. So far the line has performed well as it travels across the state. For those north of the storm line, the threat of severe weather has passed.
