Which new restaurant in New Jersey is one of the best in America?

A new restaurant called Lita in Aberdeen Township. It is an Iberian-inspired restaurant centered around an open fire pit.

At Lita, the menu is prepared in the heart oven with an open fire, which is located in the middle of the dining room.

Their specialties from thelovelylita.com: “Guests begin with ‘Essenciales,’ a collection of light Spanish and Portuguese bites and tapas that are fun to share, before diving into a plethora of sautéed vegetables, rich stews, fresh seafood and iconic meat dishes, including Piri Piri, dip.” Chicken and Bitoque. Lita’s signature paellas are classically cooked in the hearth oven to achieve the very best crispy socarrat.
