Spotify Wrapped 2024: How to find your stats and the new Creator Wrapped

There’s something immensely satisfying about watching a year’s worth of listening experiences in one neatly packaged presentation. We can now get this from a few different streaming services – yesterday both Apple Music Replay 2024 was released and Amazon got into the game for the first time with Amazon Music Delivered 2024. However, Spotify has been doing this for almost a decade, and today we get this year’s edition of Spotify Wrapped 2024. A similar program started in 2015 under the name “Year in Music” and was renamed Wrapped in 2016 and has been going strong and growing ever since. For 2024, Spotify is adding a new way to provide you with all your streaming information – an AI podcast.

You can still access your streaming information as before, as a series of Instagram-style story cards that scroll to your favorite songs of the year. You can also have this information presented to you by two AI-generated podcasters. The new feature called Your Wrapped AI Podcast is powered by Google’s NotebookLM.

This isn’t Spotify’s first foray into the world of AI, as last year Spotify piloted a podcast translation feature that cloned podcasters’ voices to offer podcasts in other languages ​​as well as AI DJ. For those of us who want to receive our annual summary on the go, it’s an interesting proposition to listen to it instead of having to read through the statistics.

In addition to Story Cards and the AI ​​Podcast, this year Spotify is introducing Your Podcaster Clips, where podcast fans can see year-end messages from the top podcasters on Spotify thanking their listeners. There’s also a 2024 in Podcasts hub that contains a number of other stats and summaries for Spotify podcasts.

With Creator Wrapped, the experience goes beyond regular Spotify listeners. Artists, creators, and authors get their own stories to celebrate their year with Wrapped for Artists, Wrapped for Creators, and the all-new Wrapped for Authors. You can view information on all aspects of fan engagement. Wrapped for Creators adds eight different personality classifications, similar to what we first saw with Listening Personalities in Spotify Wrapped 2022, as well as insights into listeners’ tastes, ages, and the other things they listen to.

How to find your Spotify Wrapped stats

Accessing your Spotify Wrapped 2024 stats is a fairly straightforward process, as you’d expect considering it’s a major annual Spotify feature. Open the app on your device – be it Android or Apple – and you’ll be greeted with a Spotify Wrapped 2024 screen on the homepage, which you can click to open your personalized experience. From there you can view your story cards or listen to your AI podcast via your Spotify year.

The Wrapped experience can only be viewed on the mobile app (either iOS or Android).
