Cyberpunk 2077 gets a brand new lifepath so you can have a fresh start – PC

Similar to factions in other role-playing games, Cyberpunk 2077 gives players the opportunity to choose one of three life paths at the start of the game, which can greatly influence V’s worldview.

Each Lifepath – Nomad, Corpo and Streetkid – offers V a unique backstory and slightly customized gameplay as you experience it Cyberpunk 2077‘s story.

Your choices have more impact than you first think, including the prologue and your initial relationship with V’s best friend Jackie Welles, as well as the ability to choose different dialogue options depending on the people you meet.

Since then, however, there have only been three to choose from “Cyberpunk 2077”Since this is the first release of 2020, it’s safe to say that loyal fans have already played through every Life Path.

Luckily, a modder is here to save the day and inspire a brand new playthrough by creating a new lifepath to explore.

Created by modder Deceptious who is widely admired in the world Cyberpunk 2077 Modding community, this mod is called Introduction to the new way of life.

As you can probably guess, this introduces a brand new life path to the game, as well as a new intro that takes place before the in-game cinematic montage begins.

In this reality, V is both an ex-Corpo and an ex-Nomad who has returned to Night City and therefore has access to both options/choices during the game.

In order for the mod to work, the creator had to disable all lifepath-specific quests. However, if you still want to play them, they can be reactivated. However, Deceptious warns that with the new life, they won’t make much sense story-wise.

Introduction to the new way of life is an amazing new way to experience Cyberpunk 2077 and will add a whole new element to the story V chooses and the way they approach each situation.
