Although Tiger Woods won’t be competing in Albany on Thursday, he will be there to watch a star-studded field of pros take part in his tournament. Among them is rising star Ludvig Aberg.

Even though Aberg didn’t score a second PGA Tour win in 2024, he still had a great year, recording three runner-up finishes among a total of eight top-10 finishes.

The 25-year-old Swedish pro makes his Hero World Challenge debut this week, but many of his competitors have plenty of experience in Albany, including world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, who took home the Hero trophy last year.
