Sarah: I guess it works to signal that we need to leave

Aiyana: For me as a new listener, she is a musical enigma

Donya: I feel like I might end up with not very sad girl vibes

Donya: Get yourself together and dance all night long

Donya: Wait, that’s it? … so not an emo banger?

Sarah: There is a hidden track in their vinyl, I wonder if this would bridge this for a more cohesive arc

Aiyana: To be honest, I would have liked a sad girl ending

Claire: I love her voice, I’ll definitely keep listening to this… some really interesting parts and also some that aren’t so haunting

Aiyana: I think it’s going to be a strong start to her solo career and I’m excited to see where she ends up in finding her sound

Donya: Maybe the emo song was the friendship we met along the way

Sara: There’s definitely some emo

Claire: agreed. she can do a lot! So it will depend more on what you want your final mood to be

Sara: but it is rather heartbreaking

Donya: Yes, late 2010s emo

Claire: It’s also difficult because APT. is so so good

Claire: So it sets a high bar and then the rest of the album doesn’t feel quite as exciting

Sara: I really want to see what she uses for inspiration later on – a breakup can only last so long, and she said the album was the way to let go. I would like to see them record a concept album.
