So he goes on the hunt for a villain and needs Wes’ help. Will they get along? I don’t know. Will Tyler listen to Wes? I don’t know. I mean, it’s really fun to play that dynamic.”

So people wake up and do all these things and vice versa. And it was like having children in real life. So I try to check in with them and FaceTime them. They said, “Dad, I’m going to bed,” or “Dad, I’m not even awake yet.” For example, “Okay. I just miss you so much.’”

“And on the one hand, it’s beautiful there and there’s a lot of great restaurants and it’s great,” Hayden continued. “But it’s an adjustment, you know. I never found a Whole Foods and searched the whole street. No. It’s cool. I got there. The entire cast knows where to go. They know where to eat, where to hang out and shop. Jesse apparently found every golf course within 100 miles. So it was an adjustment. It took me a week and a half to sleep through the night out there. And today I’ve been back for a week. I still wake up at 3:30 in the morning.”

It sounds like it’s going to be an interesting ride with Jay Hayden as Tyler Booth, and fans will get to see what he’s all about in his first episode of FBI: International airs this Tuesday, December 10th at 9pm ET on CBS.
