Training the next generation of Airmen

The 21-month IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program includes four key phases: DGCA Ground Theory, CPL MEIR, Foreign License Conversion and Airbus A320 Type Rating. During this time, cadets undergo rigorous training at Marigold Aviation’s state-of-the-art facilities in Thailand and India. You will also be able to fly aircraft equipped with modern Garmin avionics. This comprehensive training ensures cadets meet global aviation standards while preparing them for employment amid the global pilot shortage.
