Tim Tebow speaks at the MGCCC Foundation’s 15th Annual Scholarship Gala

BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) – On Thursday, the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College Foundation announced its 15th Annual Scholarship Gala, which will be held at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi.

That evening, Tim Tebow, former NFL player and Heisman-winning quarterback, will be the keynote speaker.

“The Scholarship Gala is an important part of our mission to open doors for students and create life-changing opportunities,” said Dr. Suzi Brown, MGCCC vice president for institutional advancement. “This year’s 15th anniversary event with the inspirational Tim Tebow is a reminder of the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to empowering students through education. We are excited to celebrate this milestone with our supporters, whose generosity makes everything possible and helps shape a brighter future for the Gulf Coast community.”

The black tie event will take place on March 15th. There will be a silent auction at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:15 p.m. All proceeds benefit MGCCC Foundation student scholarships.
