Jack Reacher fights a 7 foot tall brute

Amazon Prime has released the trailer for the third season of “Reacher”. The first three episodes of the crime thriller premiere on February 20th, with subsequent episodes airing every Thursday until March 27th.

The official logline reads: “In the third season of the action-packed series, Reacher (Alan Ritchson) plunges into the dark heart of a massive criminal enterprise as he tries to save an undercover DEA informant whose time is running out.” There “He finds a world of secrecy and violence – and is confronted with unfinished business from his own past.”

In the trailer, we see Reacher fist fighting a 7-foot-tall giant named Paulie. “He’s twice my size,” Reacher tells Frances Neagley (Maria Sten) over the phone. “The last time I saw a man twice your size was on Mount Rushmore,” she jokes.

Season three’s new additions include Anthony Michael Hall as Zachary Beck, Sonya Cassidy as Susan Duffy, Brian Tee as Quinn, Johnny Berchtold as Richard Beck, Robert Montesinos as Guillermo Villanueva, Olivier Richters as Paulie and Daniel David Stewart as Steven Elliot.

Based on the book series of the same name by Lee Child, “Reacher” is produced by Amazon MGM Studios, Skydance Television and CBS Studios. Nick Sanotra serves as writer, showrunner and executive producer. Additional executive producers include Child, Ritchson, Don Granger, Scott Sullivan, Mick Betancourt and David Ellison. Dana Goldberg and Matt Thunell are executive producers for Skydance. Carolyn Harris and Kenny Madrid are responsible for Reacher for the Skydance Television banner.
