Kasper Schmeichel starts with goals for Celtic and the Great Dane will be hoping for another clean sheet.

Dark arts specialist Alistair Johnston remains at right-back with the American bhoys of Cameron Carter-Vickers and Auston Trusty at centre-back, and Greg Taylor returns to the starting XI after missing the win at Dingwall. Tonight is actually Greg’s 200th appearance for the club, not the win against Dundee United last midweek. Congratulations to him and as Brendan said, Taylor is a true Celt.

Callum McGregor starts in midfield. Paulo Bernardo returns to the team and Luke McCowan retains his place as he returns to Dens Park for the first time since his deadline move to the champions in the summer.

In attack, Adam Idah starts through the middle with Yang on the left and Kyogo on the right, in keeping with the formation that worked well in the icy north over the weekend. Our photographer Geo told us last night that he has been sitting on the sidelines at games with his camera for over a decade and Saturday was definitely the coldest he has ever experienced!

Here’s the latest from the Dundee team…

Dundee have gone 44 games without a win against Celtic, with just six draws in that time and 38 defeats, since a 2-0 win against Celtic Park in May 2001. Celtic have also won all of their last eleven meetings with Celtic at Dens Park side.

Celtic are unbeaten in all competitions in our last 35 visits to Dens Park since Billy McNeill’s Champions lost 1-0 in September 1988.

Dundee have conceded the fewest goals (one) of any team in the Scottish Premier League this season, conceding in each of their last 14 games since a 1-0 win over Motherwell in October.

Our predicted result for tonight’s game, which starts at 8pm: Dundee 0-3 Celtic. The game will be shown live on Sky Sports and also on Celtic TV for subscribers outside the UK and Ireland.
