The Los Angeles Lakers made a surprising move on Wednesday, waiving two-way guard Quincy Olivari, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.

Olivari, 23, signed with the Lakers as an undrafted free agent this offseason. He played two games for the Los Angeles Lakers and spent a lot of time in the G League with the South Bay Lakers.

Now he’s headed to free agency, where he’s expected to draw interest.
