To become Godzilla in Fortnite, you must enter a portal. However, the portal does not have a fixed spawn location and appears at a random location each game.

Additionally, you don’t know where the portal is in the pre-game lobby, so you’ll have to look for it as soon as you enter Battle Bass. Once you spot it, hurry to the portal and reach it before any other players. If you succeed, you will become the powerful monster Godzilla.
