Gypsy-Rose Blanchard and Ken Urker know how to have a good time – rain, shine or snow!

On Tuesday, January 21, the 33-year-old Munchausen deputy and her boyfriend enjoyed a rare snow day in southern Louisiana. Both shared content of the fun winter moments via social media.

“Blizzard in southern Louisiana,” Blanchard wrote alongside a photo she shared on her Instagram Stories. The picture was taken inside her home as she looked outside at the blanket of snow covering her yard.

Another image gave her followers a glimpse of her current situation, including patio furniture and grass with a layer of snowflakes.

Her final upload of the day was a selfie video of Blanchard wearing a cream hoodie as she smiled and waved at the camera, urging her fans in similar situations to “stay warm.”

She proudly showed off her backyard, which had now accumulated much more snow than shown in her previous pictures.

Urker and her family dog ​​also seemed to be having a good time on their snow day.

Aurora was born on December 28, 2024, exactly one year after her mother was released from the Chillicothe Correctional Center in Missouri after eight years behind bars.

“All the things I wanted in a mother, I want to give to this baby,” Blanchard previously told PEOPLE. “My mother told me I would never get married, have a family, have children or anything like that. Being here, standing on my own two feet and expecting my first baby is something I have achieved, an achievement and a personal goal.”
