Large mixed usage project | Realty News Report

Houston (REALTY News Report) News develops a 750,000-SF individual trading center with mixed use and 550 residential units in Waller County west of Houston.

Newquest has invested in the realization of the project for almost 10 years because growth in one of the best cities in Texas pushed west. The Newquest location was classified as a building with the completion of the 6.5 miles long Texas Heritage Parkway and the remarkable preparatory activity.

The new artery combines the development with a five-mile trading area with a population of almost 147,000 and an average annual household income of $ 162,886. The unprecedented residential growth of 56% since 2020 has created a future housing stock of 13,600 houses to supplement 4,683, which are now on site.
