Class 1 recall for products that are sold in Oregon

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced several class 1 call for different foods, including Oregon and Washington, for different foods. These recalls are mainly due to potential contamination or not declared allergens.

Braga Fresh, a self-proclaimed organic farmer company, voluntarily called back to certain 12 -unzen bags with branded broccoli flowers in the Walmart locations in 20 states, including Oregon, Washington, California, and in the Trimart area.

The recall is due to possible contamination with Listeria Monocytogenes. The affected broccoli, which is marked with UPC code “6 81131 32884 5” and Lot Code “BFFG327A6”, has a best-by date of December 10th.

Although the product is no longer available on the shelves, some customers may still have it in their freezer.

Braga Fresh advised consumers not to consume the product and reject it. “This voluntary consultant does not apply to other market victories or Braga Fresh Produced,” emphasized the company. No diseases were reported by December 27th.

In a separate recall after a possible non-declared milk, after a consumer contact alarm, Frito-Lay called back a bag of layer potato chips that were sold in Oregon and Washington.

The FDA has released an alarm in class 1 for this recall. “Those with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the recalled product,” said a FDA spokesman. Consumers are instructed to reject the product immediately.

According to the FDA, the bags called back could have been bought on November 3, 2024.

No other products, flavors, sizes or multi -fold packages from Lay’s are called back, said the FDA. So far, no allergic reactions in connection with this recall have been reported.

In addition, the FDA has increased the recall of certain Cal Yee Farms chocolate products into a class 1 status.

The recall, which was initially announced on December 12, includes dark chocolate walnuts, yoghurt-coated almonds and butter fashion, which contain not declared allergens such as milk, soy, wheat, sesame, FD & C #6 and almonds.

These products were distributed in nine states, including Oregon, California and Arizona.

Cal Yee Farms explained that the recall of an FDA inspection was followed by her facility. “No diseases were reported in connection with the recalled products,” said the company. Customers are recommended to dispose of the products or to return them for a complete refund.

The FDA also has a recall of the smoking salmon from Kirkland Signature Brand sold at Costco, which were sold due to possible Listeria monocytogenic contamination for a recall of class 1.

The recall affects 111 cases of smoked salmon in two 12 -unzen packages, whereby UPC 0 96619 25697 6, Lot 8512801270 with the best until 13.11.2024. Consumers who bought the product should throw it away or return it to Costco for reimbursement.

The FDA warned that Listeria can cause “severe and sometimes fatal infections” in small children, older people and people with a weakened immune system.
