PS5 spam games were carried out

After many months of complaints from both game developers and PlayStation 5 Owner, Sony apparently began to decorate some of the spam games with low loads who have affected the PlayStation Store. While many “bad” PlayStation 5 games appear regularly in the PS Store, these spam games are often with very little content with low loads and are raised much more frequently than other titles. This has caused the PS store to be overrun with inferior games, which has become bad news for both developers and players.

Since the use of AI is still a worrying trend in playing, more and more studios are trying to use the tool to support the development of larger Triple-A titles. Developers such as Treyarch Studios were accused of using AI tools to create loading screens for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6And although this is only a small gear in a much larger machine, the fans were not doing well. However, there are much darker people who use AI to support them as soon as possible with low Effort games and to set them in storage fronts such as Steam, Nintendo Eshop, PlayStation Store and more. IGN recently spoke to a handful of legitimate developers who expressed their frustrations with this trend, and now it looks like Sony could listen to.

Sony removes PS5 spam games from the Playstation Store

For players, the frustrating on these titles with a low effort is the inability to find some of the best PS5 games everywhere. However, it looks like it could change. As discovered by fans on PSNProfiles (via Truetrophies), Sony has decreased almost all titles from randomsingleams from the PlayStation Store. The developer was known for contributing to the bad quality games in the shop with titles Bodycam Shooter, Backrooms Brotherhood, And Supermarket Simulator Pro. During the entire year 2024, randomsing sleams published 19 titles that would simply not be possible for most indie developers or triple a studios that produce high-quality games.

Unfortunately, there is much more of this “spam” games in the Playstation Store, but when Sony finally clears up his shop front, there is hope that more and more these titles will be removed in the coming days, weeks and months. It is also not only affected by PlayStation, such as Nintendo (including) also published fraud games on the Nintendo eShop.
