Pregame Notes (game 54): Stars try to avoid Los Angeles against kings

The Dallas stars had two relaxing days in the sun in Southern California to rejuvenate against the Anaheim Ducks after 2-1 defeat, but it is back against the Kings Los Angeles on Friday evening.

The stars visit Luka Doncic’s new home (too early?) To take over the Kings in the Crypto.com arena for the second time this season. In the previous session, Dallas jumped 2-0 in the lead before allowed three goals with a 3-2 loss.

The stars have only one game, the second of their successive games against San Jose on Saturday evening before a long break for the face-off tournament for most of the team. ESA Lindell, Mikael Granlund, Roope Hintz and Jake Oettinger will record their respective national teams for the tournament.

The stars try after a 2-1 loss against the Anaheim ducks, but they have to do it with a very thin blue line. After the stars of Miro Heikanen and Nils Lundkvist had lost through the operation, the stars made Cody Ceci to the back, and it seems that it was at the perfect time. Everyone seemed to be good until hekans came back, but Ilya Lyubushkin left the game against the ducks early and it was announced during the Morning Skate that he would not play against Los Angeles and was unlikely for playing the sharks.

Brendan Smith, who has built in due to injuries as a striker, will play defense again in the absence of Lyubushkin. Mavrik Bourque will get back into the line -up after bringing a puck in the face and on Sunday against Columbus Blue Jackets got a gnarled cut on the face. This means that Colin Blackwell will be the healthy scratch, although he scored the only goal against the ducks two nights ago.

The kings want to build their 6: 3 victory against the Montreal Canadiens. La received goal support from Vladislav Gavrikov, Brandt Clarke, Trevor Moore and Kevin Fiala, who scored a goal twice. Warren Foegele also achieved a penalty shot after he had been stumbled into a outlier of Logan Mailloux. Expect the same line -up for the Kings Minus goalkeeper Darcy Kuemper, who will not start because his wife had her son. David Rittich will be on the net in his place.

The stars won 11 of their last 15 games against the kings. This season, however, the Kings are 10-1-0 against playoff teams at home.
