Dear school district of Philadelphia families,

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather consultation that is in force out of 4 p.m. on Tuesday, 11 a.m. to 7 February, Wednesday, February 12, 2025,. The warning applies to snow accumulation between 2 and 4 inches that can cause slippery roads and dangerous conditions.

We understand the security concerns of our district community. Because of the bad weather everyone School programs and activities as well as the administrative offices of the district including the Constance E. Clayton Education CenterWill work with a delay of two hours. All late arrivals due to weather -related problems that were recorded tomorrow, February 12, 2025, are excused. We encourage students, families and employees to travel safely tomorrow morning.

Parents and legal guardians should plan possible delays in the yellow bus connections of the district as well as on Septa -U -U -Bahn, trolley and bus streets. If you expect delays or questions or questions, please contact your child’s headmaster or school.
