Things Delawareans who go to the Eagles Parade in Philly should know

The Eagles won the Super Bowl, now you just have to survive the parade.

The celebration begins at 11 a.m. in the Lincoln Financial Field and drives through the city to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. A formal program begins at 1 p.m.
