Warm spring preview ends, February Chill returns

FLORIDA – If you recorded the unusually warm weather in February, enjoy it as long as it takes. The taste of spring, which has increased the temperatures by the mid-1980s, will soon make room for a typical February feeling this weekend.

This week felt more like early June than in early February, with the heights 10 to 15 degrees above the historic average of 68 ° f. The previous day this month was warmer than normal – a strong contrast to frequent chills in January. But a change comes with two cold fronts.

Forecast temperatures in the next week.

After the heat on Wednesday and Thursday in the mid -1980s, a milder cooldown arrived just in time for the weekend and falls back into the 1970s. This first front doesn’t pack much, but it will be enough to throw us from a territory of 80 degrees. Then a second and stronger cold front rolls on on Sunday and brings a round rain before it delivers a more striking cooling.

At the beginning of next week, Jacksonville will settle in seasonal temperatures. In the 1960s and low 70s, the highest ratings return to the long-term average of February. The nights will also feel different when deep stalls retire to the 1940s instead of the humids, foggy conditions of the past few days.

And here is a calming thought: In contrast to the frequent flirting in January with frost, this cooldown will be mild and keep real freezing in chess and at the same time eliminates these mild, foggy morning.

While returning to the normal next weekend is a timely memory that winter is not yet over.
