Madegood cereal bars remember concerns about metal pollution

According to civil servants, a food distributor is reminiscent of certain batches of cereal rods due to a possible contamination with a metal object.

The recall, which was initiated by Riverside Natural Foods Inc., concerns Madegood Msranola -Bars. It was initiated for the first time on December 9th, and according to Today.com, the recall affects more than 2 million muesli bars.

The beams are called back, “due to the potential presence of a metal piece in the product, which, if it is consumed, can lead to a security risk,” says the company’s explanation. On February 11, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) increased the risk of recall to class II, its second highest risk classification.

Class II recalls include products that “can cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences or in which the probability of serious adverse health consequences is removed”.
