We have entered the busy season in new television programs and films. Last weekend was a monster of a list, and many things that were dropped has not yet been completed, with new episodes being streamed every week. While some of the shows I saw how Dexter: original sinHave come to an end, new ones appear again and again. It is difficult to stay up to date!

ForbesWhat can be seen this weekend: new shows and films to stream on Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Apple TV and more

What is new and remarkable this weekend

Zero day (Netflix)

I was very excited to see Robert de Niro in his first television role, but Zero Day It does not go well with critics or audiences, with 55%/48% on lazy tomatoes. I will still try because I love de niro and political thriller, but after what I have read. The limited series follows an ex-US president (de niro) who was apparently very popular with everyone when he was in the White House (yes, yes, some things are plausible beyond!) Cyber attack led to mass victims and chaos.

REACHER Season 3 (Prime Video)

I am still working on mine Reacher Season 3 Review, but I am pleased to report that what I have seen so far is much, much better than the really terrible second season. This is definitely a return to the shape for Jack Reacher (Alan Ritchson) and Amazon. On the one hand, it is based on a better Lee Child novel, and the creators of the show really seem to have learned from their mistakes in season 2. If you are looking for a good, action -packed series that is much gravel, but never too serious.

1923 season 2 (Paramount+)

Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren return for the second season of Taylor Sheridan Yellowstone Precursor, 1923. Somehow I never looked at in the first season, although she has been on my list for ages. I heard great things and loved the line -up, so I will probably soon be on my playback list on my playback list. The story follows the events of 1883 And reveals the history of origin of the Yellowstone Ranch of the Dutton Family in Montana. Admittedly, I’m pretty burned Yellowstone, And not even the last season, but that looks more like my cup of tea. Or whiskey.

Win or lose (Disney+)

The first TV show by Pixar is followed by the Middle School Softball Team The Pickles when they prepare for a big championship game. Every episode follows a different character, from the children to their parents and explores their fears and uncertainties while they prepare for the big game. Each episode also contains “uniquely animated perspectives”. It looks charming. A great family for the weekend, which shows the same events from different perspectives and reveals hidden struggles for each of these interconnected characters. It currently has a score of 91% for Rotten tomatoes.

A thousand strokes (Hulu)

By Steven Knight, the creator of Peaky Blinders, SAS: Rogan heroes and tons of other shows ,, A thousand blows Is about the true history of the purely female crime syndicate, forty elephants and their collision with the illegal world of the Bare Knuckle boxing in London in the 1880s. If that sounds like fun for you, the show also has 91% for Rotten tomatoes and has already been renewed for a second season.

The Screen Actors Guild Awards (Netflix Live)

The price shifting season never really ends. So if you are not fed up with all of these price shifts, you can set the 31st annual SAG Awards on Netflix this weekend. The awards will be live on Sunday, February 23, at 8 p.m.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (Paramount+)

The third Sonic the Igel The film sets the series excellent and proves that video games can actually be adapted to surprisingly funny, loyal films. The film is now available on Paramount+.

Nosferatu (peacock)

I really loved Robert Eggers Nosferatu (My review), but it was a little split with both critics and the audience. I think it’s an incredibly well done piece with some really creepy, twisted moments and a tone that I can best describe so dark and campy. If you enjoy Eggers as director and his strange brand of historical horror, please take a look at. If you are not familiar with his work, prepare yourself for the unexpected.

What I see weekly

I switch off this section this week and focus on shows that I am currently watching that I think you should also watch (even though I sometimes cover shows that I don’t like weekly, how like Fear the dead walking or Machringe rings Also).

We start with the best on TV. . .

Severance Season 2 (Apple TV)

My favorite show currently broadcast far and far, Compensation Follows the shared life of “Innies” and “Outies” in their work and their personal life and follows a controversial severance to severance pay, which divides the awareness of a person in half. Most episodes are staged by Ben Stiller, and the show offers some of the best cinematography, drama, writing and music of everything that is out there. It is fascinating, funny, mysterious and simply incredible. Read my review of the latest episode here.

Yellow jackets (Paramount+)

I have such mixed feelings about it Yellow jackets. I thought the first season was a television gold. I have often pointed out that there is one of the best shows, with a line -up of complex characters, which defied many modern tropics such as the annoying omnipresent “girl boss”. Then season 2 was a massive disappointment in every respect, which made me deeply skeptical about season 3. So far, season 3 seems to be a step out of the last season and the third episode was actually pretty good! (My rating).

How OUT OF, That is a “Lost-Like ”series about a high school football team that plunges into a remote wilderness in which things are very strange and frightening. The adult survivors of this crash also follow when they navigate through the modern world while their past come back to pursue them. It’s a great premise, but sometimes it feels like the people who make the show have no idea where to go.

The white lotus (HBO / Max)

The white lotus is the best on HBO at the moment. Mike White’s character Dramedy is in the third season and in his third sophisticated place. We started in Maui and then moved to Italy for the second season and now our occupation of rich, miserable guests in Thailand can be found. The third season focuses on “wellness”, although it also affects sex, death and prosperity as well as cultural struggle as in previous seasons. Some well -known faces are returning from the past seasons, and a new line -up, including Walton Goggins, Parker Posey, Jason Isaacs and more, have already seen me very excitedly where all this is going. Read my review of Episode 1 here.

In addition to these shows, I also convened the excellent animated superhero series series Invincible This is currently being broadcast on first -class video and saving episodes of The pictures To Binge (my rating). This is a really excellent medical drama on HBO/Max, which I really recommend, but I like to switch off at least two or three episodes at the same time. It has a cool 24-Like a format in which every hour of the ER shift is in real time.

I also ended the last episodes of Cobra Kai And work on an assessment. The short version is that I was incredibly impressed and pleasantly surprised at how Netflix has completed it Karate Kid Spinoff. They tied everything together really well and everything, from the fights to emotional payout, was on the point. Bravo!
