Ball has been in the public spotlight since 2017 when Lonzo, his eldest son, was entitled to design the NBA. Ball said known that Lonzo would be confiscated by the Los Angeles Lakers. Months later, the Lakers Lonzo designed with number 2 in the NBA design.

He is also known for his hot revenue as if he were saying that he could beat Michael Jordan one to one or that Lonzo with LeBron James was the best player in a Lakers team.

In 2016, the now 57-year-old ball founded “Big Baller Brand”, with each of his sons lamelo, lonzo and langelo-subject shoes founded with signature. The website for “Big Baller Brand” was closed in 2019 and has been reopened since then.

As for the Sons of Ball, Lamelo Ball is an average of 27.3 points per game for the Hornets this season, and Lonzo Ball recently performed with the bulls in his first NBA game due to continuing knee injuries.

Langelo Ball previously played for the Hornets’ G League partner, but never played in an NBA game. Most recently, he played for Astros de Jalisco in Mexico. In the absence of a basketball career, Langelo started a successful rap career, which even occurred on this year’s All-Star weekend.

Lamelo (2020) and Lonzo Ball (2017) were top three selection in their respective NBA designs.
