FBI director Kash Patel, who is appointed ATF boss

The newly confirmed FBI director of President Donald Trump, Kash Patel, is expected with the plan.

Patel’s appointment could already be officially made with a trimming ceremony next week, the sources said.

The ATF, a law enforcement agency accommodated in the Ministry of Justice, is responsible for the enforcement of the Federal Law for illegal use, the sale and trade of firearms and explosives as well as for the illegal distraction of alcohol and tobacco products.

It was a common goal of republican legislators who perceive the agency as a violation of the second change, especially when the former President Joe Biden authorized her to regulate the sale of “Ghost Graps” and to close a gap that the process of buying one Firearm made it easier.

At the beginning of this month, Trump signed an arrangement of the executive in order to “comply with existing guidelines in order to restrict, keep and wear the clear right of the law -loving citizens”. A publication of the White House in this order accused the ATF of being unfairly aimed at gun owners.

“The bidges administration has an obvious person who eliminates the rights of the second change. Among other things, the office for alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives (ATF) was instructed in order to end the livelihood of the legislative small business owners in order to limit the ability of the Americans to acquire firearms, ”says the publication of the White House.

In January Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., And Rep. Eric Burlison, R-Mo.

“I can not imagine any circumstance or an administration in which the ATF serves as an ally of the second change and the legal firearm owners all over America,” said Boebert in a statement.

The director of the agency under Biden, Steven Dettelback, has been the first permanent guide since 2015 after earlier administrations could not receive any candidates confirmed by the Senate.

Attorney General Pam Bondi released the chief consultant of ATF, Pamela Hicks after three years after three years after three years of service.

Without evidence, Bondi said that Hicks was one of the leaders of the Ministry of Justice that the agency armed.

“These people aim at gun owners. This administration will not take place, ”said Bondi in an interview with Fox News.

Patel, a Trump loyalist, was briefly confirmed by the Senate on Thursday to lead the FBI. Two Republican senators, Lisa Murkowski from Alaska and Susan Collins from Maine, have eaten with all the democrats against Patel’s nomination.
