Stellantis says that UAW profit participation test has dropped from last year

play

  • The profit amounts at Stellantis are connected to the financial service of the company in North America.
  • Last year, UAW members of Stellantis may have been employed for checks of 13,860 US dollars.

UAW members who work at Stellantis were able to see profit sharing tests of $ 3,780 this year, which corresponds to a decline of almost 73% compared to the previous year.

The company’s announcement took place early Wednesday, shortly after the car manufacturer achieved a net profit of 5.8 billion US dollars in 2024, but recorded a net loss of $ 133 million in the second year of the year. The company’s profit sharing was $ 13,860 last year.

The car manufacturer, who is now looking for a new CEO after the resignation of Carlos Tavares, had a number of fights in 2024, including down sales and high inventory.

The number published by Stellantis is far behind his three Detroit and compares 10,208 US dollars at Ford Motor Co. and $ 14,500 with General Motors.

Stellantis, who belongs to the brands Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, Dodge and Fiat, estimates that around 38,800 employees are entitled to participate in profits. The number of dollars is based on individual compensated hours, so that employees can see a higher or lower amount in their checks that are planned on March 7.

The legitimate amount is based on the company’s financial performance in North America and results from its 2023 contract with the UAW.
