Ashley St. Clair sues Elon Musk for paternity, custody of her six -month -old son

The conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair tries to legally explain Elon Musk that her child’s father is-and the sole custody of her 5-month-old son, as she submitted on Friday in front of a few petitions at the Supreme Court of Manhattan.

The 26 -year -old St. Clair put the public claim that she gave birth to Musks 13th child a week after her bomb.

In an paternity petition that tries to officially recognize the SpaceX and Tesla boss as their baby of their baby, St. Clair claims that they and Muschus generated the child to St. Barths in January 2024.

She asked the Court to issue an order that prescribes the 53 -year -old Musk to submit to a genetic test to determine if he is the father.

The X owner did not publicly recognize his alleged 13th child.

The court registration contains a photo of musk that holds a child and coquette texts that the couple supposedly exchanged.

In a separate custody petition, St. Clair claims that Musk was not present for the birth of the child and only hit the baby three times – twice in Manhattan where she lives, and once in Texas.

Musk has never asked to see the baby, still asked for photos of him, claiming the custody registration.

The single mother is looking for sole custody of the child who is her second son.

St. Clair shares a photo of herself and her newborn son in a hospital bed.

“Everything is good?” Answer the recipient, who is stored as “EM” in her phone.

“He is perfect,” replies St. Clair.

“I look forward to seeing her and him this weekend,” replied EM and adds, “falling asleep. How (sic) the recovery is going well. “

In another exchange, she complains that he gets “credible death threats” every day.

To the St. Clair replies: “That’s why the father is empty in his birth certificate, E.”

She also argued, so the child bears her last name.

In a separate flirting text, EM writes, “I want to open you again” after St. Clair had sent a picture of itself.
