Chip Ganassi Racing, Openai partner in First Motorsports Venture

St. Petersburg, Florida – Chip Ganassi Racing on Friday said that strategic research collaboration with Openaai – a business that makes the two -time incumbent Indycar championship winning team for the first time to bring a partner out of the field for artificial intelligence.

It is also Openai’s first collaboration in motorsports.

“Racing has always been a demonstrative reason for innovations, and we are happy to examine how our AI technology can contribute alongside the incredible talent of chip Ganassi Racing,” said Sam Altman, CEO from Openaai. “Indycar is a sport in which every detail counts and we are excited to see how advanced technology can support the team’s know -how to promote performance.”

Ganassi’s racing teams are planning to use Openais artificial intelligence technology to maximize the performance on the race track and in the front office by using the software engineering and research functions of the company. Ganassi teams will work with OpenAis engineers.

“Over the years we were lucky enough to work with some of the most famous brands in the world, but I’m not sure whether it is more important than Openaai,” said Ganassi. “Sam and his team helped us amazingly to maximize the power of artificial intelligence in order to make ourselves better on and outside the race track. We look forward to continuing to attack business and race challenges with the people of Openaai, some of the most smartest and most creative challenges.”
