SPACEX starts his rocket of the starship rocket on the test flight after prior explosion

SpaceX plans to start his Starship Megarocket on Monday during his next test flight, about six weeks after the upper stage of the vehicle was blown up over the Atlantic during the last such test.

In this mishap on January 16, SpaceX lost communication with Starship about eight minutes after the start of the flight, and the subsequent explosion of the vehicle sent debris through the sky. Dust and small pieces rained over parts of Turks and Caicos, but the local authorities said there were no injuries.

The US Federal Air Center management initiated an examination after the accident and grounded the rocket during the probe. On Friday, the agency triggered the Starship to return to the flight, but said that its investigation was still open.

SpaceX’s own examination showed that the likelihood of the driving agents in an area of the spaceship, which is known as the “attic”, which is located between the bottom of the liquid oxygen tank and the rear heat plate.

The leak probably triggered “persistent fires”, which finally led to “all of the Starship engines controlled in addition to one of the engines,” said SpaceX in an update on Monday.

The company stated that it stopped a little more than eight minutes after the test flight and that the vehicle broke apart three minutes later.

SpaceX said that “several hardware and operating changes” have now made the upper level of the Starship, but the company did not state what these upgrades were.

The upcoming test flight, Starship’s Eighth, was originally planned for Friday. No explanation was presented for the short delay.

The FAA, which has been signed on the flight, is one of many federal authorities who aims for the Trump administration on budget and personnel cuts. Reuters reported FAA institutions have infiltrated that the government’s efficiency is managed by the government under the direction of the SpaceX CEO Elon Musk and that SpaceX engineers worked as a special government agent at the agency.

It is unclear whether Doge’s employees had a presence in the FAA commercial area department, which monitors private companies such as SpaceX, but some legislators and critics, including Senator Ed Markay, D-Mass.

If the Starship is intended as on Monday, an attempt is made to publish four Mock Starlink satellites during the flight. If this is successful, this marks the first time that the vehicle has used a payload.

The plan also stipulates that the first stage of the megarocket hulking returns to the launch pad after it has separated from the second stage, and that SpaceX “catch” with huge mechanical arms on the starting tower of the rocket. SpaceX has completed this part as intended during the January flight and caused the company to keep the test as part of success.

The catch maneuver is an essential part of SpaceX’s goal of making spaceship a fully reusable rocket system.

When everything goes according to plan, the upper stage of the vehicle will fly for about an hour on Monday before it injects off the coast of Western Australia in the Indian Ocean.

Starship is the most powerful rocket ever developed and is 400 feet big. The system has two parts: a booster from the first stage, which is known as a super heavy and a spaceship in the upper stage.

It is expected that it plays a crucial role in the efforts of NASA to return to the moon. The agency selected SpaceX to bring astronauts to the moon surface during the planned Artemis III mission of NASA, which is planned in 2027. Musk also said that the Starship could be used for future missions to the Mars.
