NFL Offseason: Franchise Day winner, loser for free agency

The franchise day has come and gone. Two players were announced: Chiefs Guard Trey Smith, a due 23.4 million US dollar next season, and Bengals Wide Receiver Tea Higgins, due in his second year below the day a whopping $ 26.2 million. Shortly before he was marked with the day: Cowboys Defensive Tackle Osa Odighizuwa, who signed a four-year extension of $ 80 million on Tuesday afternoon. And there were a few players who could have had it but did not receive the label. The Vikings Quarterback Sam Darnold, the Buccaners recipient Chris Godwin and Dolphins security Jevon Holland will now join unrestricted freelance agency, which starts on March 10 with the legal manipulation period at 12 noon.

Tag Day is far from taking a hard and quick conclusion with all these players. Everyone can still return to their reigning teams with large extensions. Even those that day a day can still be traded. However, the franchise day sets some domino stones for the Free Agent time.

Here are my winners and losers from franchise day messages on Tuesday and what everyone can win or lose from the Fallout. Let’s start with both quarterbacks in Minnesota.
