India, which played all the Champions Trophy games in Dubai, was a decision before the tournament, and the conversation that India has an unfair advantage is unfounded, says the team’s impact trainer when he trollies against the criticism.

The India of Rohit Sharma met on Sunday in the Title Clash in the Dubai International Stadium against New Zealand, where the tournament favorites in their four games were unbeaten.

India refused to tour Pakistan in the eight nation tournament due to political tensions and received Dubai as an event location in the United Arab Emirates.

“The draw that happened happened before,” the Schlag coach Sitansshu Kotak told reporters before the final. “After India won four games, when people have the feeling that it has an advantage, I don’t know what to say about it.”

The confused schedule of the tournament with teams that fly from Pakistan into the VAE while stayed India was controversial.

The South African keyman David Miller said: “It is not an ideal situation” for his team to fly to Dubai to wait for India’s semi -final opponent and then return to Lahore in less than 24 hours.

Even nominal hosts Pakistan had to jump onto a jet and fly to Dubai to play India instead of putting them on the ground.

The parking spaces were very different in both countries. Pakistan tracks produced large sums in contrast to the slow and rotating decks of the Dubai stadium.

“At the end of the day, I think in a game you have to play a good cricket every day when they appear,” said Kotak. “The only thing you say (critics) is that we play here. But that’s the draw. “

“So nothing else can happen. After they had come here, they didn’t change and we have an advantage, “he added.

India was the team that they could defeat after they had crossed Group A, in which they were exposed to New Zealand, Pakistan and Bangladesh. They defeated Australia in the first semi -finals.

New Zealand, led by Mitchell Santner, lost the last group game through 44 runs to India before defeating South Africa in the second semi -final in Lahore.

Kotak said the previous result between the two teams would have no influence on their attitude in the final.

“It depends on how the New Zealand team thinks, but I think we shouldn’t think that,” said Kotak.

“We should just try to dive and play a good cricket game because it is not thought about the last game.”

New Zealand head coach Gary Stead said they were not too concerned about the advantage of India.

“I mean, look, the decision that is not in the hands,” said Stead.

“So we don’t worry too much. India has to play all their games here in Dubai. But as you said, we had a game here, and we will learn from this experience very quickly. “

“And if we are good enough to beat India on Sunday, I am sure that we will be very, very happy,” he added.
