Voting slip -submission period:

All emails must be received by election day to count according to the executive order in order to standardize the voting process in the states. ​

All over the country, the states currently have a wide scope to give elections differently – but no one allowed that voices are counted if they are occupied after the election day.

According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, a non-profit organization, 18 states, including battlefield states, are currently accepting mail-in voting slips that arrive after the election day, provided that they are stamped on or ago on this day.

Will this new order face challenges?

Trump’s command is likely to provide legal challenges, since the constitution provides the states of authority on elections.

The Foreign Minister of Arizona, Adrian Fontes, said he and Attorney General Kris Mayes were already in discussions about a possible lawsuit and described the executive regulation as “attempt to fulfill elections”.
