New Siobhan Finneran and James Norton Dramen help ITV to get an impressive streaming record

The ITV streaming service has set a first record thanks to some new dramas and returning favorites.

The broadcaster announced that he had reached the milestone of one billion streams for the first time in a quarter (three months).

James Norton plays Nice and Siobhan Finneran’s protection from Siobhan, according to Mr. Bates against the post office as the second and third largest dramas of ITV and third largest Treimas against the post.

The sixth season of unforgottes has also developed strongly, and ITV called it “the largest return drama on every channel or streaming platform this year”.

Overall, the drama was streamed over 300 million times in the quarter, almost a third of ITVX.

Entertainment contents were streamed by 133 million in the quarter, which was an increase of 22% compared to the same period of the previous year thanks to the 1% club, the masked singer and the Great Britain Got Talent.

The SOAP visit rose even larger 35% compared to the first quarter of last year due to the early publication of episodes. The total number of currents is somewhat lower at 124 million, but here is only the Coronation Street and Emmerdale here.

In the meantime, Love Island: all stars took 100 million streams, the largest individual title of the year and the strongest artists in the age group 16-34.

“New high -quality drama, week in week, the best entertainment on Saturday evening, big live sports events, our soaps in great form and more -it is the width of our offer to the audience in key genres that this record district drove,” said ITV boss Kevin Lygo.

“We have completely changed our streaming offer in recent years with ITVX, and all of our teams internally, together with the best producers of the business, have contributed to delivering these brilliant numbers by producing, promoting and delivering these fantastic content.”

Coronation Street Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8 p.m. on ITV1 and flows up ITVX.
