Death Grips have rumors about their separation, the publication on Instagram and Twitter that “despite rumors and hearsays we remain active as death grips. However, it seems that they have separated with the long -time member and the keyboardist Andy Morin.

The speculation of separation began in February, when a leaked conversation between Morin and an anonymous Instagram user signaled that the group was “over”. “Stefan (also known as MC Ride) no longer wants to do,” wrote Morin, “but to be honest, none of us can ever predict what happens to the group.”

Today Death Grips shared a photo of a framed painting with the expression “Despite rumors and hearsay, we remain active as death grips”, with the loan to Stefan and Zach (Hill) being attributed. They have revealed plans over 2025 or nothing more concrete, but the photo that is only signed by MC Ride and Hill for death handles that continue as a duo for the first time since its foundation in 2010.

Death Grips were last active in 2023 when they started their first tour in four years.
