This week in #njcu athletics: 14th to April 20th


Jersey City, NJ – This week all teams at NJCU light athletics are deployed at 14 exciting events. Men’s volleyball will compete for an ECAC championship, while the athletics team competes with the Johns Hopkins Invitational. In addition, the softball and baseball teams will face each other in a couple of Njac games in the Gerrity complex.

In the following you will find all events for green and gold athletics for the week and the venue for every competition. You can find all event reporting for every NJCU sports events that are throughout the season throughout the season at www.njcugothothicknights.com/coverage.

Monday, April 14:

  • Softball against Rutgers-Nark

    • When: 3:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m.
    • Where: Thomas M. Gerrity Athletic Complex (Jersey City, NJ)

Tuesday, April 15:

  • Softball in the state of Montclair

    • When: 3:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m.
    • Where: MSU Softball Stadium (Montclair, NJ)

  • Baseball against Stevens

    • When: 3:30 p.m.
    • Where: Thomas M. Gerrity Athletic Complex (Jersey City, NJ)

Thursday, April 17:

  • Baseball in the state of Montclair

    • When: 3:30 p.m.
    • Where: Yogi Berra Stadium (Montclair, NJ)

Friday, April 18:

  • Track & Field at John’s Hopkins Invitation

    • When: TBA
    • Where: Baltimore, Md.

  • Softball at TCNJ

    • When: 3:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m.
    • Where: Dr. June Walker Field (Ewing, NJ)

  • Baseball against Montclair State

    • When: 3:30 p.m.
    • Where: Thomas M. Gerrity Athletic Complex (Jersey City, NJ)

Saturday, April 19:

  • Track & Field at John’s Hopkins Invitation

    • When: TBA

  • #2 Men’s volleyball against #3 Hunter (Ecac Diii -Tournier -Modernized by Rutgers -Newark)

    • When: 2:00 p.m.
    • Where: The golden dome (Newark, NJ)

  • Baseball in Stockton

    • When: 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
    • Where: Stockton Baseball Field (Galloway, NJ)
