ESPN lists another Uconn player as a potential 2025 WNBA Draft Sleeper

Uconn Huskies Superstar Guard Paige Bueckers will be the selection of the Dallas Wings for the overall place of No. 1 of the 2025 WNBA Draft.

Although Azzi Fudd returns to Uconn instead of becoming a professional, there is a solid chance that Bueckers is not the only Uconn player who was selected on Monday. Both Kaitlyn Chen and Aubrey Griffin have explained the design and hope to hear their names.

In conversation with the media on April 13th, Huskies head coach Geno Auriemma said: “I think that both (chos and grip) opportunities are (being included) are terribly good … I think how Kaitlyn played and some of the things she did.

ESPN also seems to like Chen’s chances when Eric Moody later quoted her as a projected selection in the draft of 2025, sleeping on the experts in an article dated April 14th.

“Your trip from Princeton to Uconn shows Chen’s resilience, adaptability and high basketball -iq,” wrote Moody. “The 5-9 watch played an important role in Uconn’s run to a 12th national title that shone as a balanced general and intelligent decision-maker. Chen Excel in various systems is a shabby defender, shoots efficiently and shows a quiet trust.

“Although Chen’s ability to increase team -mates and control the pace, like Hailey van Lith’s versatility and leadership into a reliable, effective addition to the next level, resembles a long series of Uconn sizes in WNBA a reliable, effective addition,” he added.

The theft of the later rounds of the WNBA design could be.
