Anson Boon teases the gang war between the Harrigans and Stevensons after Tommy’s death

“We have a lot of fun on the show to make a lot of trouble …”

Collider: Anson, the big secret of the season is who Tommy Stevenson killed, and I have a lot of theories about what that could be. But they seem to be an unlikely duo, and is it as simple as what we assume that Eddie had a hand in Tommy’s death – or were they surprised at how the secret played?

Anson Boon: Listen, one of the things I love the most at the show are all the phrases, so I wouldn’t want to prevent any of it for your viewers, but I would say that this family, the Harrgier, at the beginning of this show, and there is a battle that is under the surface in which the family itself is in the family. Then there is more on the surface level, the war, the war between the Harrgians and their competing gangs, the Stevensons and me and Helen Mirren, Maeve, my grandma, a lot of fun on the show that summarizes a lot of trouble. You just have to see how it works.

Pierce Brosnan breaks Maeves Manipulative hold on Conrad and the “Animal” instincts, which were taken over when he killed Archie

“Conrad is a beast. He has from some evidence.”

Dame Helen Mirren about Maeve is fantastic. I think she has a bit of a Lady Macbeth. Pierce, I’m curious about Conrad’s relationship with Maeve and how much control she has over this family because it seems to be a rather strong influence. How much dolleteering does she have in hand with Conrad’s decisions?

Pierce Brosnan: Oh, Conrad knows that he was manipulated by her, and he likes being manipulated by her. She is a very wise woman. They have been together since the age of 16. It is when she got pregnant with one of the boys he can’t remember because he was traveling with so many other women. He is a brave man. His morality is really very thin, but he is torn. But he loves Maeve and she loves him. They are connected to the hip.

It is interesting that you say that because I think something that Conrad really shakes that we see early, the fact that he kills Archie who is one of his oldest friends. I think he’s pretty surprised that he has to do that. Do you think he fully considered the options at this time, or is it an impulsive decision based on what Maeve tells him?

Brosnan: It is pure animal. Conrad is a beast. He has a few regards. It comes from an abusive background and the abuse that takes place in the family, especially with Kevin … I was so involved in my own self -centered world that I did not have the capacity skills to deal with the damaged son to deal with the family fractures. So he relies on Maeve.

Maybe too much, I would say.

Brosnan: Probably too much. Yes, probably too much. When the floor begins to break under the structure, it is aware that, as I say, it is He cannot trust anyone and he can’t really trust MaeveBut he loves her. So it gets involved in a dark network.

And when you speak of this complications on a dark web, you have just mentioned that his relationship with his grandmother may be a bit too close in my opinion.

Boon: A somewhat unconventional relationship between grandmother and grandson, yes.

Yes. I mean, if my grandmother would give me a bag of cola, in my opinion it would definitely change my relationship with her. Should Eddie trust his grandmother, or do you think that he is led the wrong way with her?

Boon: Well, I have to be honest with you, I still haven’t decided. So, listen, I hope we make a series 2 and we can all find out because I’m not sure yet. You cannot trust anyone in this family. They all love each other very, and yet, at the same time each of them could sting the other in the back. So we have to find out and I will all find out with you.

This is a bit worried to me, especially for Eddie.

Boon: These are the Harrigans.

Do you think there is someone who, if he had to say about the tip of his head, trust the most or whom he would go in an emergency?

Boon: Well, it’s absolutely you, which is why you asked what happens to Tommy Stevenson. And as you see on the show and all the different missions that Maeve and Eddie continue together, Everything he really has to rely on is because she keeps telling him that she believes in himAnd that means so much in this family because there are many people who come around this throne. You have Seraphina, you have Kevin, you have Harry, who is not even a Harrigan, but he is very involved in the inner family circle, and Maeve is constantly on Eddie’s side, which has all the things that she has to do. He also has a difficult relationship with his father and mother, but she is always there for him, so we hope that she has good intentions.

I don’t have the same hope as you, but I’m glad you are optimistic.

Pierce Brosnan speaks Conrad’s close bond with Seraphina and does not take care of what Maeve thinks

“She can push as much as she likes, but he loves Seraphina.”

Then she is an illegitimate child if he only touches Seraphina, who, in my opinion, is a strong point of dispute between Conrad and Maeve. I am also curious whether he has other illegitimate children because I can’t imagine that there is only one. Can you talk about this close relationship that Conrad has to strike between his wife and child with his daughter and the balance?

Brosnan: Oh, it’s a constant fight. It is a spiderman. But Conrad doesn’t care. He really doesn’t take care of Maeve too much. She can push as much as she wants, but he loves Seraphina. He worships the woman. He revered his daughter. It remains to be seen. Maybe this mother will get out of the wooden work at some point. There are so many action lines. I remember that one day Tom Hardy was on the set and that he read the summary of the next episodes. I didn’t want to listen. I didn’t want to hear. I just want to go to the ether and find myself and feel myself for the episode Intuition on this day.
