Temperatures almost 80 degrees, storm in Metro Detroit possible on Friday

4warn weather – The warmest day in spring so far, and thunderstorms are possible in Metro Detroit to end the working week.

A few showers and thunderstorms were able to develop overnight, but many of these storms will stay closer to Mid-Michigan.

Friday becomes a little interesting.

There could be a shower before the day of the day, but most of the day is sometimes sunny and dry with heights in the upper 70s, almost 80 degrees.

Weekend forecast

The timing of a slowly moving cold front is crucial whether we see heavy storms on Friday evening to Saturday morning or not.

Trust is much lower today because storms arrive after 10 p.m., which means that we lose a large part of the daily heating that is needed to develop the storm.

The Storm Prediction Center has reduced our risk to a low risk, which corresponds to 1 of 5 on the scale.

There could be a continued shower on Saturday morning, but most of the weekend will be dry.

A cold start to Easter Sunday is expected, but every shower activity seems to be at night, so we leave a nice day.
