Ponte Vedra, Fla. – Morning Motor Social organized a car meeting in Ponte Vedra, where they collected money for the health of Nemours Children on Saturday.

“No matter whether you drive a Ferrari, BMW, Audi, Porsche, it doesn’t matter. We are all for the same things here: the children and a real love for cars,” said George and Chris Nelson.

Morning Motor Social donated 1500 US dollars to Nemour’s Children’s Health Path (Path).

“It’s great,” said Dr. Shana Boyle and Dr. Gabe Araujo from Nemour’s children’s health. “It enables quick access to psychiatric services, and so the service tries to ensure the evaluation and connection between mental health and families, such as a warm handover to providers in your community.”

The people affected by telemedicine were also present.

“We know that mental health services are so difficult for many families to have access,” said the doctors. “And that can be very frustrating and worrying for parents, so we are so grateful that we offer the services for the community and hope to draw attention to more families.”

The money was collected by T-shirt sales, a sponsorship from Ferrari Club America and a gift from Revit Sim Racing, which also brought a racing simulation experience to the event.
