Laker offer a massive update on Maxi glue in front of the playoffs

The striker of Los Angeles Lakers, Maxi Kleber, resumed on the square with the team, although a clear schedule for his return does not have to be determined.

Kleber has not yet made his debut for the Lakers since his arrival in Los Angeles as part of trade with Luka Doncic.

The 33-year-old striker has been out for over two months, while he has recovered from the operation on his right foot and has not yet appeared for the Lakers.

Kleber last played on January 25th as a member of the Dallas Mavericks in a matchup against the Boston Celtics. In this game he only played 11 minutes and ended with a point at 0-of-6 shooting, a rebound, an assist and a block.

Before the injury, Kleber scored an average of 3.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game and scored 38.5 percent from the field and 26.5 percent from the three -point range at 1.4 attempts per game. He performed in 34 games for Dallas this season and started in four of them.

During his eight seasons at the Mavericks (2017–2025), Kleber played in 440 games of the regular season and took 151 starts. He achieved an average of 6.4 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 22.3 minutes per competition.

In the playoffs, Kleber appeared in 44 games that start 10 of them, and achieved an average of 6.4 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 24.2 minutes per competition. He did not come from Germany from Germany in 2014 before finally signing the Mavericks before the 2017/18 season.

Kleber was part of a blockbuster trade shortly before the deadline for this season – a step that Shockwaves sent in the league. Kleber was contained next to Markieff Morris and Doncic and was treated to the Lakers against Anthony Davis, Max Christie and a selection in the first round in 2029 to Dallas.

The trade also included a third team in which Utah Jazz received the former Lakers Guard Jalen Hood-Schifino and a future second round as part of the multi-team agreement.

The Lakers will take over against the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round of the playoffs. It is unlikely that glue will play in the first round, but that could change if LA progresses into the next round.

If glue can play in the playoffs at some point, he could be massive for the Lakers and be a further threat of beyond the arch.
